Depending on your location and Gumroad's checkout configuration, Gumroad may display localized pricing or process the transaction in a local currency. Found & Lovely receives basic order confirmation details from Gumroad (such as your email address, purchased product name, transaction identifier, and order date) to verify your license and provide customer support. Payment card information (such as complete credit card numbers and security codes) is collected and processed directly by Gumroad; Found & Lovely does not collect, process, or store your payment card details.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, basic technical data may be recorded automatically by our web hosting infrastructure provider, Cloudflare Pages:

• Server Logs and Security Telemetry: Standard web server logs may capture your IP address, browser type and version, device operating system, requested page URL, access timestamp, and referring URL (such as Pinterest, a search engine, or another referring link).
• Purpose of Server Logs: This technical data is used solely to deliver web pages securely, monitor server performance, defend against automated attacks or DDoS threats, and maintain site stability. We do not use server log data to personally identify individual visitors.

2. How We Use Information

We use the limited information we receive exclusively for practical, operational purposes:

• To deliver purchased digital products, provide license keys or access links, and verify purchases.
• To respond to your questions, troubleshooting inquiries, and customer service requests.
• To maintain website reliability, security, and performance.
• To protect our website against malicious activity, fraudulent transactions, or abuse.

3. Payments and Third-Party Checkout (Gumroad)

Purchases of Found & Lovely digital products are processed through Gumroad (buy.foundandlovely.store / gumroad.com), a third-party checkout and payment platform.

When you make a purchase, information necessary to process the transaction may be collected and processed by Gumroad. The information processed by Gumroad may include payment, billing, transaction, and related contact details necessary to complete the purchase and provide digital fulfillment.

Depending on your location and Gumroad's checkout configuration, Gumroad may display localized pricing, calculate applicable sales taxes or VAT, or process the transaction in a customer's local currency. Found & Lovely does not control currency conversion rates, localized pricing, payment-provider fees, or taxes collected through checkout.

Gumroad's own privacy policy and terms govern information that Gumroad processes through its services. Found & Lovely never directly collects, handles, or stores your credit card numbers or financial account credentials on our website or servers.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Found & Lovely does not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking cookies, or behavioral profiling cookies on our storefront.

Our interactive web application, CryptDesk, uses modern browser local storage (localStorage) solely to save your party planning work on your own device, as described in Section 7 below. Local storage is not used to track you across websites.

You can configure your web browser to reject cookies or clear local storage data at any time through your browser settings. Doing so will not affect your ability to browse our storefront.

5. Analytics

We do not currently use any third-party web analytics services, tracking pixels, or user-session recording tools (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) on the Found & Lovely storefront.

Any traffic monitoring is limited to aggregate, privacy-preserving server request statistics provided by our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) to measure general traffic volume, monitor bandwidth, and defend against cyber threats.

6. Advertising and Tracking

Found & Lovely does not display third-party advertisements on our website. We do not participate in behavioral ad networks, and we do not use cross-site tracking technologies or remarketing scripts.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with advertising networks or data brokers under any circumstances.

7. Digital Products and Applications

Our digital products are designed to respect customer privacy and minimize unnecessary cloud dependencies:

Printable PDF Planners and Guides

Our downloadable PDF planners, checklists, and guides are static documents. They contain no tracking scripts, do not connect to external servers, and collect zero personal information when downloaded or printed.

Interactive Digital Applications (CryptDesk)

Our flagship planning application, CryptDesk, is engineered with a strict offline-first, client-side architecture:

• Local Storage Only: All information you enter into CryptDesk (including guest names, RSVP statuses, dietary notes, budget allocations, actual spending, grocery lists, decor plans, activities, and timeline schedules) is stored exclusively in your device's web browser storage (localStorage).
• No Server Transmission: Your event planning data is never transmitted to, collected by, or stored on Found & Lovely servers, cloud databases, or third-party platforms. We have no technical means to view, access, or retrieve your party plans.
• Local Backup and Export: CryptDesk includes a built-in backup utility that allows you to export your data to a local JSON file on your computer or mobile device and re-import it whenever needed.

Online Demo Application

Our free interactive web demo at demo.cryptdesk.foundandlovely.store uses the identical client-side architecture. It does not send any data you input to our servers.

8. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only in the limited circumstances described below:

• Service Providers: We work with trusted infrastructure providers to operate our business, including Cloudflare Pages (website hosting and network security), Gumroad (checkout, payment processing, tax calculation, and digital fulfillment), and standard email hosting providers (delivering customer support correspondence). These providers process information only as necessary to provide their services.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by applicable law, court order, governmental regulation, or legal process, or to protect the safety, rights, and property of Found & Lovely, our customers, or the public.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets, customer transaction and correspondence records may be transferred as part of the business assets in accordance with this policy.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy:

• Customer Support Communications: Emails and support messages are retained for a reasonable period to provide follow-up assistance and maintain customer service records.
• Order and Transaction Records: Basic order confirmation details received from Gumroad (such as order date, email address, purchased product name, and transaction ID) are retained to provide ongoing digital download access, verify licenses, resolve billing inquiries, and satisfy tax and accounting obligations.
• CryptDesk In-App Data: Because planning data is stored locally on your device, you control how long it is kept. Your data remains in your browser until you clear your browser cache or reset the application.

Our storefront is delivered over encrypted HTTPS connections. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
